Old Spanish Fort
Road Trip Information
Take Highway 82 to Nocona for a side trip (17 miles)
up 103 to the site of Old Spanish Fort. Drop down to Montague
on Hwy. 175 and continue on to Bowie on Hwy. 59. Try the buffet
at the Catfish Hole on the west end of town. You can follow Hwy.
59 south to Fort Richardson or take 287 to Decatur to intersect
the Old Butterfield Trail.
